Last updated: 14 September 2026
Who provides the service
OrgDay is provided by OrgDay. For privacy or support questions, contact support@orgday.co.uk.
What we collect
We collect account, organisation, invite, document, activity, and support information needed to provide the workspace. This can include names, work email addresses, role information, uploaded compliance documents, review notes, security events, and trial setup details.
Why we use it
- To create and operate the workspace requested by your organisation.
- To authenticate users, protect accounts, and record audit activity.
- To store and review documents, reminders, renewals, and approval workflows.
- To respond to support, procurement, security, and legal requests.
Cookies and analytics
Essential cookies are used for sign-in, security, and consent choices. Optional analytics cookies are not active by default. You can manage choices from the cookie policy or the footer.
Where data is hosted
New OrgDay managed workspaces default to AWS London. Dedicated Private OrgDay and customer-cloud options can be discussed for organisations with stricter data residency, procurement, or isolation requirements.
Your rights and requests
UK data protection law gives people rights over their personal data, including access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, and portability where applicable. Contact support and we will help route the request to the relevant organisation administrator or controller.
