Accessibility for OrgDay

Our target

We aim for the public site and application workflows to meet WCAG 2.2 AA. This is especially important for healthcare, care, and public-sector-adjacent teams where staff may use assistive technology or work under time pressure.

What should work

• Pages can be navigated by keyboard.
• Controls have visible labels or accessible names.
• Text and controls are designed for strong contrast and zoom.
• Forms provide clear validation and recovery paths.

Known limitations

OrgDay is under active development. Some dense operational tables and document preview workflows may need further assistive technology testing before a formal independent audit.
